Whelp Watch

Hi all. This is a request, that came from a member a few weeks back, but sadly I failed to act on it then, and the request caused some upset when just today I relayed the request. I hope this will avoid misunderstandings in the future.

Before you cross post a camera URL to any other forum, please ask the owner of the camera first. It shouldn't take long to get permission. Some cameras have limited bandwidth, some don't, and some owners simply want to know where discussions about them are happening. I hope you understand the concern.

There is a rule on Whelp Watch about cross posting without permission (either to or from Whelp Watch). I'm not sure if one could consider a camera URL a "post", but it doesn't hurt to ask, and this was raised as a member concern.
